When should documents be ready?

Booking policy

Vendors can sign and pay while documents are pending. Required documents must be approved before check-in.

Document deadline (days before the session)Seven days is a useful starting point. Bookings made after the deadline are due immediately.

Overdue documents do not automatically cancel a booking or issue a refund.

What should vendors provide?

Choose whether each document covers the business or a specific vehicle or setup. Approval belongs to your organization and applies to a particular document version.
